AI Processing And Privacy
Room projects and shopping-list status are stored on the device. When you use room analysis or before/after generation, only room photos marked for AI upload and related notes may be sent for processing.
- Room photos can contain faces, addresses, documents, screens, mirrors, keys, medicine, and location clues. Review photos before upload.
- Data may include room photos, photo angles, budget, rental restrictions, style preferences, notes, App Store purchase status, and a device identifier.
- Data may be processed by the Mate Series server and OpenAI API for app functionality. It is not used for advertising tracking or public sharing.
Subscriptions
InteriMate Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Monthly plans renew every one month, and yearly plans renew every one year unless canceled. Prices are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before purchase.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID account settings in the App Store. If purchase or restore fails, try again after checking network connectivity, then contact support with the approximate time of the purchase attempt.
AI Analysis Errors
If room analysis or before/after generation fails, InteriMate shows an error instead of silently replacing the result with a generated fallback. Failed AI requests should not be treated as completed results.
Data Deletion
You can delete local room projects from the app. For questions about AI processing or deletion requests related to server-side processing, contact support by email with the app name and approximate processing date. Do not send sensitive room photos by email unless support explicitly asks for a redacted sample.
Safety Scope
InteriMate provides interior-planning reference ideas. It does not replace professional architectural, construction, electrical, fire-safety, structural, landlord, or legal advice. Confirm measurements, furniture stability, traffic flow, rental rules, and product suitability before moving furniture or purchasing items.

No account login is required. To verify the core flow without uploading photos, open InteriMate and tap サンプルで結果を見る. To test with a real photo, tap 部屋を撮って解析, select or capture a non-confidential room photo, confirm which photos are marked for AI upload, turn on upload consent, create a project, then open the Premium screen from Home or Settings.
