AI Processing And Privacy
Before sending recording or document data for AI processing, PrezenMate shows an in-app consent screen explaining what data may be sent and who receives it.
- Data may include audio recordings, confirmed transcripts, preparation notes, speech metrics, slide timing, selected PDF/PPTX files, App Store purchase status, and a device identifier.
- Data may be processed by the Mate Series server, OpenAI API for transcription and coaching, ConvertAPI for PPTX conversion when enabled, and Apple for purchase validation.
- Data is used for app functionality and is not used for advertising tracking or public sharing.
Subscriptions
PrezenMate Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Monthly plans renew every one month, and yearly plans renew every one year unless canceled. Prices are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before purchase.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
Documents
PDF files can be used for rehearsal preview. PPTX files may be converted or extracted for rehearsal support. Do not upload confidential files, medical records, personal data about other people, or files you are not allowed to share.
App Review Demo Materials
No account login is required. If a demo recording or document is needed for App Review, use the non-confidential sample materials below.
- Open PrezenMate and select a regular rehearsal scene.
- Read
demo-rehearsal-script.txtaloud for around 45-60 seconds. - After recording, confirm or edit the transcript, then tap the AI coaching button.
- For document rehearsal, use the outline to create a simple local PDF/PPTX or paste it into a document before import.
